Cancellation Policy
RAIN / CANCELLATION / REFUND/ RECOMPENSE POLICY: Rain checks will NOT be issued if the equipment has already been delivered. If the equipment does not work properly, it is the responsibility of the Lessee to notify the Lessor to correct. Lessor reserves the right not to refund any deposit if the Lessee fails to cancel the rental within 24 hours of the planned rental date. A 25% deposit via credit or debit card will be required at the time of initial rental. The remaining 75% will be charged within 24 hours of the event rental unless customer agrees to an earlier time. The card used for deposit will be saved on file for any potential damage or cleaning fee to the Lessors property. This will not transpire without notifying the Lessee or without sufficient evidence of damage or considered unclean. The amount charged may vary depending on the specific infraction. Any products damaged to an irreparable state the Lessee agrees to the charge of $20 per unit. For any products needing cleaned the Lessee agrees to the charge of $5 per unit. For any units not returned the Lessee agrees to the charge of $20 per unit.
