Cancellation Policy

RAIN / CANCELLATION / REFUND/ RECOMPENSE POLICY: Rain checks will NOT be issued if the equipment has already been delivered. Lessor reserves the right not to refund any deposit if the Lessee fails to cancel the rental within 24 hours of the planned rental date. A 25% deposit via credit or debit card will be required at the time of initial rental. The remaining 75% will be charged within 24 hours of the event rental unless customer agrees to an earlier time. The card used for deposit will be saved on file for any potential damage or cleaning fee to the Lessors property. This will not transpire without notifying the Lessee and providing sufficient evidence of damage or uncleaned surfaces. The amount charged may vary depending on the specific infraction. Any products damaged to an irreparable state the Lessee agrees to the charge of $100 per chafer unit, $25 per pan, and $10 per utensil. For any products needing cleaned the Lessee agrees to the charge of $25 per item, which includes but isn't limited to, Chafer Dishes, Pans, & Utensils. For any units not returned the Lessee agrees to the charge of $100 per unit. Lessee agrees to clean the all dishes, pans, and utensils before returning and understands failure to do so will result in a cleaning fee for each item. Lessor will provide sufficient evidence to prove the state of uncleaned items before charges are incurred.
